Shipping Charges:
Orders over $40 ship FREE while all other others will ship with a flat rate of $4.50 for shipping fees.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Times:
Total Delivery times will take 5-18 business days (1-9 business days handling, 4-9 business days shipping). We ship via USPS and FedEx for heavier weight items.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, once your item is received at our warehouse then you can expect the refund or credit to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
